Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in senior living across operations, sales, marketing and community development. Since joining Solutions Advisors in 2013, he has helped communities strengthen occupancy by improving sales strategy and team performance. Mike leads the firm’s sales workshops and is known for his collaborative style, helping teams connect more meaningfully with prospects and approach the sales process with greater confidence.

Brad serves as Chief Operating Officer at Solutions Advisors, bringing more than 25 years of experience across senior living, healthcare and banking. She has held various positions, from regional roles to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with non-profit and for-profit organizations, where she led the organization’s strategic approach to sales and marketing. She has worked with diverse portfolios of senior communities across the country, from development stages to stabilized occupancy, motivating them to maximize productivity, innovate, and bring best practices to sales and marketing efforts.
